Amweld Jaya is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bumiputra. Starting on 18 July 2012, the company has rented a single storey shop unit at Taman Saujana Utama, Sungai Buloh, Selangor as its premise. Selection of this location is in line with the rapid growth in the housing construction sector in the Northern Klang Valley.

The company’s primary activity at the early stage was to focus on fabrication work, installation of installations and metal-based equipment for residential homes such as safety grilles, gates, grating, railing, polycarbonate roofs and so on. Until now the company is getting satisfactory orders from single people around Sungai Buloh, Subang and Shah Alam. In addition the company has also gained the trust of several private companies by appointing us as a subcontractor to perform mechanical and public-related works.

The company’s long-term strategy is to actively engage in mechanical and public works including obtaining Government contracts. For that purpose, as a first step we have obtained registration approval as a contractor with CIDB under Grade G2 and approval as a supplier with the Ministry of Finance.
